CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨 NO KIDS ALLOWED 🚨 LoveThySelf Aesthetics, LLC *REQUIRES ALL clients have a VALID debit or credit card on file. All clients must be 18+ and show proof of ID. *All clients are required to leave a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for each service booked. This deposit will be applied to initial scheduled service. *You may reschedule your appointment ONCE within two weeks,, BEFORE the 48 hour period prior to your booked appointment. *Any further rescheduling will result in a LOSS of your deposit and new deposit will be required to rebook. Deposits will be deducted from the final service total. You may rebook via text. In order to better serve all clients I ask that rescheduling/ cancellations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. *A cancellation fee of 30% of the remaining charges after booking fee (if any) will be charged for all services cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. *Same day cancellations, No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of all services booked. *TEN MINUTE LATE GRACE PERIOD. You must notify your service provider if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. YOU MUST reach out to your service provider before the 10min. mark letting us know where and when you will be arriving, or your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged as a no call no show. ⇨PLEASE COME WITH MAKEUP OFF FOR LASHES OR ADDITIONAL $10 CLEANSE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO FILLS FOR LASHES AFTER 3 weeks. Outside salon fills are not accepted here. If you book a fill and are not my current client you will have to pay the fullset price for the fill in should you ignore my booking policies IF I choose to do the fill. Clients are responsible for cancelling and rescheduling their appointments, we cannot be held responsible, all booking is done through GlossGenius or within working hours if you reach out. Outside of buisness hours we will get back within normal buisness hours. For appointment approval you will be contact directly. By booking the client agrees not to attack/criticize “LoveThySelf Aesthetics, LLC” publicly at anytime during or subsequent to contracted client relationship period. Similarly the client agrees not to seek for seo advice on seo forums, blogs, community groups, or any social media in a way that brings a bad name to the company. In case of breach of this clause client agrees to possible legal actions based on severity. THANK YOU🤍
